2024 Tulsa Layout & Design Ops Weekend

The Tulsa Layout & Design Operations Weekend is back and will be held Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, March 22^nd, 23^rd, and 24^th, 2024 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  We will have five excellent presentations from four well known speakers:

1. Phil Monat will speak twice, once on Yard Design Aspects, and once on Yard Operating Aspects
2. David Doiron will present The Function of a Traffic Pattern in Operations
3. John Parker will tell us about designing and operating his BNSF Fall River Division layout
4. Sammy Carlile will address his Santa Fe Hereford Sub layout

There will be three operating sessions – Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

Unlike most operations weekends, this event centers around the Saturday presentations and includes lunch as well as experts to analyze and advise on layout design concerns you may have.  To cover the costs of renting the venue and providing the meal, attendees must register and pay a modest $40 registration fee.  Depending on the number of registrants, every out-of-town attendee will operate at lease twice, and most will operate three times.
